Premise

A one-hour unscripted team competition show that will demonstrate the transformative power of what is being called the Third Industrial Revolution and expose the open innovation, DIY, and Maker Movement communities whose innovations are redefining nearly every aspect of the world economy, the way we solve problems, and develop as communities, nations and a global population. Each episode will be driven by the basic human desire to implement ideas to improve our quality of life, make it more efficient and to effect a positive change in the world. That, and the desire to win. In this case, a cash prize of up to $250,000.

This show combines three of the most proven sub-genres in reality television: 1) The Reality-Competition Show (American Idol, The Amazing Race, The Voice, Project Runway, Top Chef, So You Think You Can Dance). 2) The Self-Improvement / Makeover Show (The Swan, Celebrity Fit Club, Biggest Loser, Extreme Makeover, Super Nanny, Tool Academy, Charm School). 3) The Documentary-Style Social Movement Show (Catfish, 16 & Pregnant, The World of Jenks).

We take the competitive engine that fuels THE AMAZING RACE, the zeitgeist relevance and grass roots production qualities of CATFISH, the emphasis on innovation and creativity of SHARK TANK, and the gratifying emotional climax of EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION to create the next-gen entrepreneurial and socially minded reality show.
